I found the room spacious and clean. the staff were very attentive and offered help readily. the breakfast selection was good. It was quieter if i went earlier in the morning. the location was near terminal 21. It was within walking distance.
The bathtub was quite high. It may be tricky if you are an elderly person. i was on the 9th floor.

The rooftop pool provides a sun trap. It is ideal for enjoying a few hours of sun. the hotel also provides a tuktuk service, and i used it once. towels, beds, and umbrellas are provided at the pool.

The hotel is in a quiet area but close to all transport. This makes it very convenient. it is a short walk from the train station, excellent restaurants, and shopping centers! though the parking was expensive.

The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Fresh fruits and cookies were provided daily (not just on the first day). The breakfast hours extended until 11 am which was convenient. I also appreciated the extra pillow options and chose memory foam pillows.
The pool in the building across the street was closed for a private function one night.

The staff was always polite and constantly saying 'thank you' and 'enjoy' in a genuinely pleasant way. The room service offered delicious and affordable food, surpassing my expectations. Complimentary water was also provided in generous amounts, which I found very helpful.

The hotel is near the main road but calm was nice.). It is about 600 meters from the Sukhumvit stop on the Blue Line MRT. The hotel is also about 500 meters from the Asok stop on the green BTS line.

the hotel is located about 100 meters from the main street , so there is no noise at night , but it can be a bit of a walk.

Really good Stay with Thoughtful Touches!

I stayed in a family room and it was spacious. It suited my needs very well. Room service provided delicious food at a reasonable price. I received fresh sheets and pillowcases EVERY day (such a pleasant surprise!). The hotel gave fresh fruit and cookies daily (not just on the first day). I greatly appreciated the generous amount of complimentary water.
The air conditioner's temperature adjustment in my room did not work well. Even when set to 30 degrees, the room became very cold. I had to turn off the AC at night, not ideal. The staff did try to fix it and also gave a fruit treat as an apology, but the issue persisted.

Excellent Stay in Sukhumvit

The staff was AMAZING . The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was ok, it was like in any other hotel in Thailand.
I was told that the hotel I booked was not the building I would be staying in, and I was taken across the street to what they referred to as 'Tower Two. It had also shut down for one of the nights I stayed because of a function.

The hotel is about 500m from the Asok stop on the green BTS line. It is also about 600 metres from the Sukhumvit stop on the Blue Line. This location is quiet off the main road.

The staff was very polite and service-oriented. They were also very helpful and friendly. They organised a taxi to the airport for less than Bolt was quoting for a nice car.
